All materials provided within the scope of my offers are protected by copyright. They are intended solely for the personal use of the participant. Any distribution of the materials to third parties is expressly prohibited.

Cancellation Policy for Individual Appointments

Individual appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. In the event of non-attendance or cancellation on the same day, the full session fee will be charged.

Paid Contributions

Fees paid apply exclusively to the booked offer and are non-transferable.

Right of Cancellation

I reserve the right to cancel workshops and seminars up to one week before the scheduled start date if essential conditions have changed. Any fees already paid will be refunded promptly in such cases. No further claims, particularly claims for damages, will be accepted.

Confidentiality

During all offers (workshops, seminars), private or business-related matters may be discussed. Each participant agrees to treat all shared information as strictly confidential. This obligation remains in effect even after the event has concluded.

Each participant acts at their own risk and is solely responsible for their results. All content provided constitutes recommendations only; no guarantee of specific outcomes can be given. Medically relevant diagnoses fall within the responsibility of appropriately qualified psychotherapists, medical doctors, and healthcare institutions. They are not within the scope of practice of a coach.
